Is there a per-student commission?
No. On paid plans you pay a flat monthly fee (Academy $45/mo, Organization $99/mo) — no per-student charge. FREE is capped at 25 active students. Events: $1/registration, max $50/event.
Do I need a card to get started?
No. The FREE plan is free forever. Academy and Organization include a 30-day trial with no card.
Which payment methods can I offer my students?
Pagadito, Stripe, and manual transfer with proof — depending on your academy configuration.
Is it for a single academy only?
Each academy has its own profile, schedules, members, and payment methods; and with an Organization account you manage 2–5 academies under a single login.
Can I sell event tickets?
Yes. Publishing seminars and open mats is free; you pay $1 per registration when the event ends, capped at $50 per event.
What is an active student on the FREE plan?
Valid membership or attendance recorded in the last 60 days. Counting is automatic; we notify you at 23 and suggest upgrade at 26.
